Free Italy shipping

On selected products. Standard delivery in 1–3 business days.

EU delivery

3–7 business days. Cost calculated at checkout.

Tracked orders

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

14-day returns

Not right? Send it back within 14 days for a full refund.

Shipping times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.

  • Italy: 1–3 business days
  • EU: 3–7 business days
  • UK & Switzerland: 4–8 business days (customs may apply)

Shipping costs

Free shipping across Italy is available on selected products. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and cart weight.

Order tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check the status of your order any time in your account.

Returns & refunds

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To start a return, email miarstore99882@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll ship a replacement at no cost — or issue a full refund.
